Have to do another review. After my last review I was contacted and offered to replace the broken capsules. I emailed and text back with the information that was requested of me and I have heard nothing! Customer service is awful! Prduct quality has become awful! Don't waste your money. I love these capsules, but will probably never order again. I've ordered many times, although my account only shows I've ordered twice for some reason. Spend your money elsewhere for there are other really good products with better quality and customer service!
I have used this product for about five years, and it has always worked much better than the many other non-prescription products that i have tried. However, the last "batch" from a few weeks ago did very little little. Wondering if the formula has been changed, or the dosages in the product have been lowered, or the ingredients in the batch i received were just old. Given the high price of the product, i am reluctant to reorder if the quality control is not there.
Some work some don't, just like past purchases. When my face lights up red I know I got a good pill.
I've purchased this product for a few years now. I love how ell the product works. However, this last shipment is awful. Not only did I receive the bottle and several capsules were smashed and bent in half. This was becasue they cram the bottle too full that it damages several capsules. Plus, this batch doesn't work nearly as good as all the previous batches. The bottle labeling changed, so maybe the formula was tweaked a little. This will probably be my last purchase! It's dissapointing becasue I am a loyal customer and the product use to be great.
I received my order on 3/31/22 and the bottle label has an expiration date of December, 2020 stamped on it. I emailed to inquire about the expiration and to receive a replacement product and never received a reply. It may just be an old labels as well, but to not respond to my inquiry is poor customer service.
