Product incredible, shipping of order horrible. Paid $32 for overnight service I received product ten days later. No apology, and this is likely the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.



But the product itself is great!

I’ve used this product before and it works but I have yet to receive my order this time. I’m starting to believe I’ve been taken advantage of or scammed. I paid for the fastest delivery option available and after ten days the package had not been shipped according to the tracking number I have.

Order fulfillment and shipping is always 2-3 weeks late.
